Roy’s Lighting is well known for its work on Parliament Hill at Christmas time. Bill has had the contract to decorate the Hill with lights for many years and does a "glowing" job.
When big brother Bill heard about Bruce’s purchase of a DIRT Modified for the Sportsman series he wanted to help out his little brother any way he could.
